At HangIt, every piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Because our products are limited collectibles, we apply the following return and refund policy:
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged

The item is defective

You receive a wrong product different from your order
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging

Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required
Returns requested for reasons other than the above (change of mind, preference, or display choice) are not accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method

If payment was made via Visa or ValU, the refund will be handled according to the payment provider’s processing time
Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Limited or special editions

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives with visible damage:
